Working with Draper Designs requires a signed agreement or proposal which will outline:

  • Scope of work
  • Payment structure
  • Timelines
  • Revisions and feedback policies
  • Ownership and licensing of creative deliverables

No project is initiated without a signed agreement and deposit.

6. Digital Product Sales (if applicable)

If you purchase digital products (such as templates or design kits) from us:

  • All sales are final unless otherwise stated
  • You may not redistribute, resell, or republish our digital goods
  • You may use them for personal or commercial projects according to the license provided at time of purchase

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Draper Designs LLC is not liable for:

  • Delays, data loss, or technical issues from third-party platforms (e.g., Wix, Webflow, Calendly, Stripe)
